MSN Alerts

I'm not sure if I've set it up wrong or what, but I am not receiving any alerts on Messenger. Does it take a while for them to arrive?

Its not active yet, Im waiting for customization to start from MSN. They messed up on the code for me, so im waiting for the new system. Won't be long.
