Forum bug?

It says at the top there are 5 new posts since my last visit, but it only shows me 3 when I try to look. Bug, or am I missing something here?

No bugs, try cleaning out cookies or click Mark All Forums Read. If you stay lokked into to the site and dont log out, it may not update the post cookie.

Be aware it also counts posts too. Like theres 3 new posts on one message thead, and two completely new posts, thats 5.

This is the first I've had any trouble with it. Just had a thought though, do you have a section for managers that the rest of us can't see? I seem to recall that would throw off the numbers on the old forum.

Nope, can't see it unless I just don't know where to look. I've got lots of moderator buttons but that's it.
