Hello. I was referred to this site from castlecops. I thought perhaps I should introduce myself since I already posted in the help forum. Anyway, hello!
*edit. I see this board displays astrological signs. My birth date is not completely accurate though as I just picked what was close. I am single and I haven't found the dating forum yet. Perhaps I need more posts? j/k

Hello L-knot and :welcome:
Dating forum, eh? Hmmm....we'll have to talk to Micron about adding one!
Nice to meet you. Make yourself at home while you wait for an answer for your problem!

well, it's unusual to see astrological signs on a tech board. I see you've got a third icon - what is that one?

Chinese year animal, or something or other like that. I forget exactly what it means.

Hi l-knot,
welcome here! :) The chinese symbol says I'm a Monkey but as I lied about my age too  I reckon I'm probably a Dog...... no hopes for me in a dating forum then. :)

They are astrological sign, gender, and the chinese sign (whatever it is) - in that order. If you set your location in your profile it will also put your national flag up. :smartass: <--------my new favorite smiley

ahh, gender was missing on mine then.
Though not as romantic sounding as "year of the dragon" - Rats aren't so bad after all: http://www.usbridalguide.com/special/chinesehoroscopes/Rat.htm
Hehe, the board is "privileged"
It is deemed an honor to be born in the Year of the Rat and it is considered a privilege to be associated with a Rat.
I'll assume the board has already gone through all this. I'll search for the thread.

hehe - I see that. This is the only thread referenced in search. Should we walk on eggshells in our responses to taurus' or would that be scorpios?

OMG, I am a true rat! Now I have to look everyone else up that I know and see how their descriptions fit.
Now that I've got some time on my hands I'll start digging out some of my other links for various "tests" so we can have some fun.
BTW Micron, my features are not strange!
