This isn't a problem on your end. A lot of sites have both secure and non secure items on them.

Say, for example, you're going to log into your email website, the logon box and everything is all secure, but some image in an ad on the page is loaded from another site that is not secure, you get secure and nonsecure items on the same page.

This really isn't a very big deal, unless you don't trust the site you're on very much and don't want a single unsecure thing on the page, if so you have to contact the admin of the site about it.

There should be a checkbox on the warning to not show the warning anymore.

Unsecure items are things like frames, external links, etc -- not the server itself. If a webpage includes any of these items on the page, that message will pop up to let you know that unsecure items exist on the page and will ask you whether or not you want to display them when viewing that webpage. That message is solely informative.

Follow these steps to stop receiving this message, if it annoys you that mcuh.

1. Go to the top of your browser and click on Tools and select Internet Options.
2. Click on the Security tab
3. Click on the Custom Level button at the bottom
4. In that top box, scroll down to the Miscellaneous section (look for the Internet Explorer icons next to the topics) and find where it says "Display Mixed Content"
5. Click the Enable bubble to select that option
Disable--you will not see the message anymore, nor will the nonsecure items be displayed
Enable--you will not receive the message anymore, and the nonsecure items will be displayed on the page
Prompt--you will receive the message everytime a website has both secure and nonsecure items on it (this is the current setting in the browser that causes you to receive the message every time).
6. Once you have selected Enable, click on the OK button to close that window, and then click OK again to close the other window.

Thanks Coldfeet,
I thought that there had to be something that I was missing.
