has any one had any trouble with the latest nero burning rom software
updates my mp3pro plugin stopped working it wants me to pay for it again 20 pounds so it doesn't let me encode files anymore nero support keep replying to my emails with a we have received you email someone will be in touch story but no one has been in touch .
need to encode

What version of Nero are you using.

The most recent main package is 6.6.1.4, released January 31st, 2006, and Package 2 which includes the part you need for mp3's, I think, is 3.1.0.25, also released January 31st, 2006.

Go here for the updates if package 1 and 2 are not up to date.
