IE vs Ffx

Recently after MS updater did some new work on my PC my browser IE 6 is back to it's old tricks of hiding things from me. Prior to update everything was fine.

Give me a sec. to resize the captures.
Screenhunt3 is the firefox display
#2 is the IE displying the same exact page.

Any ideas?

Now mind you this does not happen on another PC that I have. The other PC has Norton Internet security suite on it. Behind the same firmware firewall.

I'm stumped!
