Just what the world really doesn't need.
Tony Blair is catching heat lately too for proposing the building of more and new nuclear weapons in the England arsenal too.
On a directly related note, a video worth watching someone showed me just earlier today.

Yea well 450 kiloton is bout your average MIRV warheads yield. And that is of course just one, most of our missiles now carry 10 MIRV's each, 10 warheads per missile. The biggest we ever had was the Titan 2 ICBM which carried a single 9 megaton warhead. And of course, that video is only counting immediate casualtys from the blast itself. Figure another 200,000 or more dead a week or two later from radiation poisoning.
Anyway, sadly I know a lot about this subject. And these weapons will be the end of us all.
Great Stephen Hawking quote, he once said, that if there is any other life in the universe, we can be sure that none is more advanced then us. Because we have proved, as a civilization, that when worlds get to the point that we are now at, they tend to blow themselves up.
And of course, Robert Oppenheimer, leader of the US's Manhattan project to build the bomb, upon seeing the very first successful A-bomb test, spoke the words, "I have become death, a devourer of worlds."
