PASSWORDS AND THE LIMITATIONS OF PEOPLE
It is very difficult to come up with hard-to-guess but
easy-to-memorize, six-character passwords, especially when at least
one of the characters cannot be a letter. Most security geeks suggest
that the minimum reasonable length for passwords these days is eight
characters. It may be far worse to require very long passwords.

A way to help with passwords would be to use a reliable pasword program.
KeePass is an open-source password safe

Or non free roboform.
These can generate very long complex passwords and save them password protected and encrypted.
Be sure to use a very good password to protect it and keep the data base in obscure place .
