You are missing a show that died before its time!!!
I mentioned this in some other threads, but Firefly is a series by Joss Whedon that has a rabid following.
Whedon is creditied with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. He has also written several movies, and is currently writing the next Wonderwoman movie, which is shaping up to be a contest of Hollywood's finest...
But you can pick up Firefly from Amazon for about 35 bucks US. There are 14 episodes counting the 2 hour trailer, and this is some of the finest TV I have seen.
I am a huge X-Files fan and thought that nothing could replace it as my favorite TV show, but Firefly has done just that. Too bad that it is dead and gone, but the only way it is going to be revived is by a HUGE fan base.
