Microsoft's Live OneCare security software has failed tests which
check how well it spots and stops malicious programs designed to
attack Windows.

Second time in a month as well lol!
I never liked the idea of microsoft getting into the antivisus anti malware software business. As it is a true conflict of interest. The fact the shoddy OS
has so many hole unfixed and poorly fixed. That the maker can then sell you its software to plug the holes it left in the first place!!!
And it leaves absolutely no incentive to fix the holes and or any holes found after. But instead just sell you more software to fix the holes on your machine.
But the software they sell for that seems as shoddy as the OS its self is.
I actually thought of posting this in the joke forum.
If it were not so sadly real.
