Hello, I'm a bit stuck with office 2007, in office 2003 you could set it so you had a blue background and a white text for the entire docuement. It made the entire docuement appear blue with white text. This did not change the printing of the document, it just made it easier on the eyes for some people. It still came out black and white.

But in 2007 I cannot locate this option to set the page to blue and the text to white. This is not a text box that I cannot fill, its the entire page, and as i said it didn't alter the printing of the docuement.

I belive in 2003, it was
tools--> options --> general ---> blue background, white text

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Grandmaster Yoda

Hello Grandmaster Yoda, welcome to Experience Windows.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this.

Are you wanting to set the colour for ALL Office 2007 products or just Word for example?

Sorry for any typo's in the original post, i was pretty wired on red bull.

Hi Grandmaster Yoda,

In Word click Page Layout and in the in the ribbon area, select page color which can be found in the page background section.

Change the background to your required colour, bearing in mind that if you select a dark colour the text option will automatically set itself to white.
