:D im new to all this comp stuff :D and my comp worked fine but for the past 2 days i have not bin able to select on anythin in my control panel,i want to change my bkround n i cant select on it or anythin else ie preformance and maitinence,or add n remove i cant even select on them when i go through the help and support option evrythin else in my start menu works fine,any ideas :D

When you try to access the control panel or the display properties do you get any error message? If so, can you tell us exactly what it says.

hiya no i dont get any error messages it flicks on to the egg timer as if its going to select the item then it just goes bk to my normal cusor and nothing happens,a freind told me i might have a virus but my antivirus hasent found nothing so i dont know
