Another problem!!

this is a new and wiered one on me!
Ive gone to ebay, clicked my ebay and...nothing! the little flag in top rh corner is moving and the green bay below very slowly increasing, but nothing happens, wont leave the home page. If i click buy or sell it works! BUT on my girlfriends account on this pc, it bloody works!! Also icq wont let me send files nor will msn msg let me log on!! (my not be related!)
